New York City is already crowded as it is and you have people zooming around on the sidewalk packed up full of people, I am certain people have deliberately clotheslined them at some point, then people are just leaving the damn things over the sidewalks
Citibikes piss me off also because they take up about four cars worth of parking space. Bill DeBlasio really just does not give a damn.
