Grammys voting member expresses regret over Grip not being considered

Glad to see something under Shady records FINALLY get some promotion.. Royce and Alchemist are Shady family, but their Grammy nominated works were not released under the Shady umbrella. It sucks that Royce had to get back in Eminem's good graces to get recognized, because he really is capable of standing on his own, but will eternally be in Eminem's shadow.

The name Shady records is not a mistake, its all about Shady. Rappers like Grip & Boogie have no buzz and no chance. Slaughterhouse and Griselda have their own followings but Shady wasn't a good fit for them either.

Eminem would do better just getting D12 back together.

Very true, ever since after Proof was murdered, only projects immediately related to Eminem do well.. D-12 getting back together with Royce as the sixth member would be awesome, but it unfortunately, is not going to happen..
