    Right, Im fed up answering emails and pms fae my peoples on the boards about diet, trainin, nutrition etc; So this is my own version of an ask thread even though they played out and old on this site, my last fitness thread Esco made coz I wouldnt but it turned out to be cool, got a lot of people into trainin n shit so fuck it Ima do a new 1. Though this can be anytin you wanna know about me fae trainin to shavin ma baws. Ill try answer yous aw, but if I dont get back to yae be calm coz Im back trainin on monday again myself. Peace.

    Wit I like eatin and wit I eat are 2 different stories lol. I love eating Italian foods. Pizza, Macaroni, Pasta, Ravioli, Italian Meat baws, Lasagne, Bolgonese etc; I also love eating steak and could easily eat it every day, shit I did when I was in America for 2 weeks before.     I sort peoples workout plans depending on what goals they have in mind, how much time they have to train, resources to train wi, their diet etc; If you want me to give ya some advice tell me exactly wit kinda advice yer after n of course Ill write you a sheet.

    Well technically speaking the abdominal muscles are just 1 big layer with 6-8 shaped compartments depending on yer genetic build. No matter how much you train abs you dont see them till you have - 8% fat anyhow. We all have a 6 pack, its just the average person also has an average bodyfat % which hides them too. Of couse you do have to build them so they pop out more and have better seperations and detail. But as for training them its still a muscle and MOST people overtrain them. You use the abs sleepin, turnin, sittin up etc; so you do have to train them a minimum of twice per week to see growth in terms of muscle. But space the days out so you get at least 72 hours rest before you attack them again. Never train a muscle group within 72 hours. That said I know people with super recuperation powers due to anabolic substances and world class tranining experience who can train abs every day without harm. But 2 days is all you need to have a good 6 pack providing you give it time, stick at it and get your fat % mastered once you built them up.

    Currently posting Id pick Urban Angel and MsRizz. Why, well they the only 2 posters Ill admit have a sexier ass than me haha. Still to see potentone's She loves me btw.

    I reckon its gonna be hard for chelsea. Maybe 1 and the shit will hit extra time. Cant see them scoring without Ronaldinho fit, unless they play Larsson.

    Donno coz im bodybuilding right now, no powerlifting. Weight goes up every 5 weeks anyhow. I train 6-10 reps. Meaning 6 reps week 1, 7 in week 2, week 5 Ill do 10 and then I go back to 6 reps and weight goes up by 2.5kg for isolations, 5kg for compounds and 10kg on squat and deadlift. Right now my bench press is at 137.5kg wi good form. Squats 220kg and deadlift is 190kg. Dont have a clue about my 1 rep max lifts right now, dont care either.
