Im 235lbs the now, so to put on 1lb per week Im eating a total of 4600 cals. 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat. I break this down to grams and make sure I eat AT LEAST 570g carbs, 345g protein and 102g fat per day. I stick with this until I dont gain 1lb for 2 consecutive weeks then I add 200 cals and do the maths again to find my new totals in grams per day. Hope that helps. Peace.

If you talkin about eatin for manspunk... pasta about 2-3 hours before it will release complex carbs which are released slowly giving you high energy levels, simple carbs like sugary sweets are no good coz they give you energy, sure, but its burned up in 30 mins. I donno how you dress but keep it simple, nice smart plain shirt, jeans, boots or shoes, and dont rape the aftershave, couple sprays and brush yer teeth hahaha. Of course. Its true its no the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog that makes it a killer or a victim. BUT, when you have 2 fighters of close to equal skill, experience and conditioning, the bigger and stronger man usually ALWAYS comes through.
But you cant forget about instincts / intelligence, instincts to me are the most important trait a fighter must have, if you dont have them yer fucked. For example ma man Royce Gracie may have been miles ahead in knowledge and technique when he fought in the UFC, but he was outweighed by almost 100lbs n shit every fight, against other "masters" of certain arts. He won by fighting his own fight, forgetting all the bullshit fancy stuff and took them to where he could choke them or armbar them. His brur Rickson even better instincs which gave him +300 fights wi no losses, usually lasting no more than 3 mins per fight.
As for aggression, well if you REALLY fight to the death, no many people willing to go that extra mile and that shit will always pull you through too. But sometimes clocks in fights have limits so unfortunately you have to be smart and pace yerself, use controlled aggression to get the win by any means necessary.
