If I am correct, Noyz Narcos is something of an OG in the Italian scene. Not just any rapper.
The beat also struck me. No idea how it figures into the rest of the album, since I still have to listen to that.
And Rae talking at the beginning and end reminds me of what I thought when I heard Rae on WWCD. Because based on that intro, I could just see a whole album of just hard beats and Rae talking shit.
I wonder now what would have become of RZA's project, WAR, if he actually followed up on the first one with different continents. Especially since Snoop was sort of boasting about some international project he released recently.
