** HELP for Gen Chat visitors to log in **

we are still getting reports from members who have a hard time staying signed in after not having visited the forum in a while. here's some pointers

If it's been a while since you logged in, you might be experiencing trouble accessing the forum this time around.

Here's what we know might help :

*check the 'Remember me' box on the index page next to where you log in

*then refresh the page


As a general rule forum access is easier when you have the forum remember your username & password




People who want to join the forum (guests becoming members) : email us at [email protected]

also bookmark the forum index page and save your cookies (if that's cool with you)

the other mods tell me forum access works better on desktop than on mobile

tick 'Remember me' box + refresh still applies

Yeah I tried to login on chrome and it wouldn't let me into any sub sections. I tried on firefox and the forum just froze. I'm on microsoft edge and it seems to work ok.

Why can't I view mine or anyone's profile, I get an error saying -

This place works best for me on firefox, it's a bit wonky using safari on my phone. You might've just caught the corp on one of it's bad days with firefox sometimes it's retarded
