what are the best official ones?

I like this one



disc 3 = Prince's 'B-sides'



and I've heard good things about Oasis' 'The Masterplan'



but really apart from the singles I'm not familiar with Oasis (shame considering some of their albums are known as classics). I will dive into the band later this year



same goes for Suede's 'Scifi Lullabies'



is it really that good?



now recently I came across this



would anyone recommend buying 'Dead Letter Office' (great title btw)? it looks like noel knows what's good with REM. again, I only know REM from the singles and the album 'Out of time' (yes I'm one of those guys lol)
