Rome Streetz might end up my favorite. Bronze LP is good.

Freddie Gibbs is going to be fire too based on the singles.

The fact you left out Freddie Gibbs is blasphemy.

I'll check it out. I have never listened to any of his projects... The tracks I've heard did not catch my ear. Any suggestions where to start?

I just finished the Rome Streetz... I'm was bit disappointed actually. I had stupid high expectations based on his previous projects and feel like this is one of his weaker joints. But I need to sit with it for a bit

Freddie's whole catalog is strong. I'm really feeling his new album SSS. Most fans would tell you his three best albums are Piñata, Bandana, and Alfredo. Madlib produced Piñata and Bandana, and The Alchemist produced Alfredo. My favorite album of his is Alfredo. I need to digest SSS more, but a lot of layers in this new album. I check out Alfredo and Bandana first though for sure.

I listened to some of soul sold separately... Wasn't really feeling it. I don't really f/w Freddie Gibbs' flow. I will check out his other projects when I have time though.

The Planet Asia EP is crazy. I listened to some of the Jar NiCE (Strips) and that sounds amazing too. Same with Sol Messiah (God CMPLX). Those are my favorite drops from this week so far

Mr eXquire dropped an album too. One of my favorite rappers of all time.

I don't get the negative Gibbs takes. If anything his antics off the mic are corny but his flow and content is fire.

Idk, he has a sick voice imo, and he can rap. He's definitely been a top 5 rapper over the past 5 years. He's a goofball on IG and Twitter, but he brings heat on the mic, has a great ear for beats, and always has some great features on his albums.
