I prefer this version. Nice. What you use to isolate the vocals?

Much appreciated...working on a few more, so thats encouraging!
Just used VirtualDJ to isolate the vocals. It works pretty well on most that I've tried so far, also does a good job for basslines. Drum isoloation is hit and miss though. I don't really know what else is good out there, it's the first thing I've used and got the results I needed from it. Thanks for checking the remix out..

Thanks will make a thread in the Audio Booth when Vol.1 is ready. At least now with vocal stems it wont be the same old tracks getting remixed. Got a version of Deadly Melody that couldnt be any more different than the original..

Ayo this is better than the original!! I mean I understand what statik was goin for/tryin to do but what you did right here really elevated the song. Classic wu sound without feeling dated or a lesser duplicate of rza, 4th, math, bronze, cilva etc. Beats like this are where hip hop is headed, thanks in part to Griselda, alchemist, and possibly hit-boy as well. Anyway, keep it up bro, you’ve got real talent.
Not sure if anyone remembers Memory Man’s Cuban Revolution tape..but that shit there is as good as any early wu release as you can get and it was just a mashup of his beats with wu vocals. I really wish I had the skills to create “mashups” because I’ve already got ideas of rare/unreleased verses that I’d love to hear over better beats. Such as the majority of Immobilarity, a bunch of killah priests recent albums, a few of ghosts recent albums, decks albums, etc…Or take wu features from r&b songs and put ‘em over a banger like this one. I feel like it’s a huge untapped market because the majority of “wack” albums are based on people’s opinions of the beats, not the lyrics. Idk just my 2 c

Check out my man clanarchy’s bandcamp https://clanarchybeats.bandcamp.com/
BANGERS all over that page. Major props to you bro. Lovin what I hear

    this is fire

see this is what i meant in other threads. More than a few of us here (not even counting ringz) seem to have a better ear for beats for the wu than the wu themselves. Youre the 4th member ive seen in past few weeks with fire remixes self made.

we could fix every wack beat ourselves.

super fast on the remix. I heard it on thecoli, saw you over there. Good shit bro. Ill be listening for more. Got ya bandcamp down. Great work

This song has the same sample as instrumental from the pro tools album.
