Ya'll crazy for calling it a classic and comparing it to 36 Chambers. I remember being disappointed after my first listen, but it grew on me. It's far from a classic though. Has some classic songs though. Overall a banger.

    Greetings,

Respectfully, art & vocabulary is subjective. What is your definition of classic? Pour moi, classic means either a project that changed the game and or one that can be listened to from start to end w no skips. (Imo) "The W" meets the latter defintion as dont skip any tracks. In fact, rate it as last Clan "album" due to its cohesive nature that is best appreciated in a full listen...

That being said, if it does not hit you as a classic that is your truth as a listener. What would you rate as the last classic Clan album according to your definition of the term? PS yes I am crazy for the Clan lol
    PEACE

Rating an album based on how it made you feel 20 years ago, probably as a youth, is some silly shit.

But basically its my favorite because of its overall message and the quality of the Wu's rapping.

What does that have to do with anything? I'm saying its stupid for anyone to go off their rating back then and not how it sounds today, doesn't matter how old you were
