Shit, I thought there was a 25 anniversary release.

But it was a sweet album. Who has the original version with the skits?

Priority really dropped the ball with this album. I had no idea there were videos for any of those songs until I had YouTube. Would love another compilation with all Wu Elements production.

Back in 98, in Europe, with little or no promo at all, I found this CD on my local store. It was written Wu-Tang and "all new songs" on the front and only titles and no artist on the back. I bought it without even knowing what it was ! Fortunately it was not what I expected, but it was good.

I was thinking the same thing. Given all the Wu offshoots its surprising they haven't made more of these compilations since The Sting.

Well to be fair they did make a part 3

But no Rza oversight so utterly forgettable.

Still some RZA beats and a Sin verse on there. I'll give it a quick listen rn.

That one never struck me as official, always more of a mixtape with just random shit that somebody gathered and published while trying to tap into The Swarm & The Sting legacy.

Wu really could have had a thing going with The Swarm & Chronicles series. Only makes sense if you think about it.

Back in the day, the Co-Defendant video was playing over here. That video was wild. But I had no idea about all these other videos though untill people started sharing those online, Wu Jedi and what not. Cobra Clutch video is sick though. Must be our first look at bobby digital.

Classic. Straight bangers front to back. I remember ‘Never Again’ gave me the chills.. I had been
on a school trip visiting a concentration camp a few
days earlier. Such a strong track. And yeah I know Remedy reused it quite a few times, but I get why he’s been doing that.

I also recall Tha Beggaz track as one of the stand outs. Too bad they never releases anything official. I wonder what happened since RZA put them on the album, but never gave them any proper shine after that.

wasnt The Beggaz dat tapes lost by an a&r person who also lost the royal fam, darkim be allah , and shyheim unmixed albums. eventually royal fam , and shyheim got officially bootlegged in Europe.
