Canibus dropped Can-I-Bus twenty five years ago today.

This album is considered a huge letdown and failed to live up to the hype, but I am in that minority that actually enjoys this album.
Wyclef and Jerry "Wonder" Duplessis brought good beats that suit Canibus. Wyclef would later taunt Canibus on However You Want It with the line, "You shipped gold, but sold aluminum." Buckingham Palace is the standout joint on the album. Patriots with Free is dope also, Canibus wrote her verse on that.. She used to be signed to Wyclef, but her album never dropped and she went on to become co host of 106 And Park and a radio host

Yeah the album isn’t awful. But it just wasn’t what people wanted/expected. We were expecting that “Beasts from the East” or “Desperados” type rhymes. And other than a track or two, it was far from it. In the end I was definitely disappointed and can’t tell you the last time I went back to listen to this. Peace
