Has anybody on here ever actually drank a woman's bath water?

Was talking to one of my coworkers today and she was telling me about this time when she was standing outside of our job here and a guy was trying to talk to her and said that he wanted to drink her bath water. I then asked her what did she say back to him? She said, "I cussed his ass out, he was in a wheelchair and he was ugly as sin at that. It is not even like he was good looking"
I have always heard that phrase growing up, but has anybody in real life ever actually done that? Seems like a good way to get ill..
