Three verse, four minute songs or two verse, two minute songs?

In this new age of short attention spans, songs are being done in this format to encourage repeated streams. I get that from a business standpoint, but I am not a fan of these modern albums where every song is just two minutes and some change with one song over three minutes and the album is only half an hour long..
I just miss when albums were less rushed and more dedication was put into them. Now, it is just shit out as many songs as possible with no thought of quality control. Just maximizing money.
