I ran into him when i was in LA about a year prior to his death . I was there for a coen brothers film event (friends of mine ) and i won’t lie . He looked really beaten down. After that he went on iron vacation . Called me when he got out briefly talking about something to out of human comprehension i just sat on the phone and told him if he ever needed anything . I got him .

I’ll say this . Cloud finally spiraled after the death of his grandma . She gave him stability somewhat. His time in Boston was good for him as well as Gage and them had his back but those of us who know . We know things really went downhill when this one chick came outta nowhere claiming to be his handler/ manager and started isolating him from everyone who fucked with him. I’ll boldly even say, a lot of the records y’all bought back in the day. The money was prolly going to her pockets . She took advantage of him and kept him away from people who cared about him. The irony is . I haven’t heard shit from her since he passed . I guess when she realized he couldn’t get her into Rza’s bed . She abandoned him like many of these vultures do when they have no use for you anymore . It’s sad really.

another thing to put out there because I’m seeing people blaming drugs and alchohol for his demise . He indulged yes but he was also a diagnosed skitzo so please bare in mine that there were health related issues the man had to deal with. And also keep in mind that he died in police custody. Answers are needed about that. If you know anything about the LAPD …. Then you know why red flags are up.

Reading about the shelved projects: RZA should dig this stuff out of the vault, get a proper release lined up, and then have the funds from the sales sent to his family. Has RZA even acknowledged Holocaust's passing?

I think the material still exists because it was a big project - an entire solo album produced by RZA from 97 to 2000ish. And if its available, I'm sure RZA is considering it since hearing Holocaust died. Thing is the money to clear samples and get a physical release on a label that will probably not even do 50,000 units is way more expensive than just paying into his gofundme or directly to his daughter's mom (kinda weird his sister is running it). But I agree with the comment that it might not even be a whole finished album. Would be best to release it for free.

Sorry, I don't have either of the FF releases...these might be the only releases I don't have physically or digitally. Looks like I skipped these as they were bonuses for BSOM 2099 reprint releases
