Seems like he just echoes what we all sort of heard. But I can not find any trace of this in the FBI dossier, or a copy of the album as evidence from the car. It seems to stem from thew news as stated in the dissertation "Under Siege: Conspiracy, I-pistemology and Resistance Through Hip Hop in Killarmy's Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars":

Interestingly, a link between this act of domestic terror and hip hop was made onan October 2002 episode of the NBC news show, Meet the Press. In this exchange, hostTim Russert and guest Dr. Meloy make the assertion that the attacks may have beeninfluenced in part by Killarmy’s music and then the program cuts to Chief CharlesMoose’s on-air communication with the snipers using language similar to the lyrics:

Well, of course the snipers didn’t come out and say “Killarmy made me do it” if that’s the hard evidence you’re looking for. Obviously only they know what their true motives were. But the CD was definitely found in the car (I remember pics on the news) and back then way before social media, people liked to try to connect the dots without having to show actual proof/receipts. They were reaching for answers.

And to be fair, this whole thread is speculation. I mean we’re talking about the Lourve heist suspects listening to Wu on the job. lol So I can see how Radio was just pointing out the similarities in stories to the one we’re joking around about here, to the DC case.

Hahaha, yeah. The Louvre thing is just wild speculation. Big difference between the two, Louvre heist had no killings.

And in regard the snipers, I'll file it under an urban myth untill the actual photos surface of that cd being found in their car or actual quotes of Killarmy being used in their notes. It seems to me that it was nothing more than the usual fear mongering about hiphop. Connected it with anything they could to pin the blame on it. Like trans people now, and video games still.

Back to the heist, it seems they got some suspects. I actually wonder if they get the jewels back.
