Yo, welcome to the topic. I was wondering what Soul Controllah is about, and whether Ghost was dreaming some of the lyrics because they don't really make sense and shit. It's one of my favourite songs, but I'm not quite sure what it's supposed to be. Maybe I'm not explaining how I feel very well but I can't be bothered right now, so discuss

i think its just ghost reminiscing and looking towards the future, sayin how he's gotta get his mind right.

I think is about keeping a sharp mind and watching out.

this thread would fit in lyric Interpretations forum better..
just enjoy the lyrics for what they are, cuz you dont hear that kind of wordplay anywhere else or in any other music

what's up with all the convusion? The titel gives enough information for what the song is really about.

it's about being a Soul Controllah, Staying Sober in mad times and situations like that. Because Ghost is one of the only members in the clan that dousn't do alcohol and shit, so he's explaining how it is to be sober in the slungs of Shaolin.
