good article. its an american sports writer new to the epl and its about his journey on picking his team. rather long but pretty entertaining. he gives soccer a lot of props comparing them to american sports, plus some interesting tid bits i never knew about some of the teams in there. giver a read.

thats a bargain, now no one can say real madrid got a shit defence, cannavaro will make the real defence hard to beat.
with buffon staying at juve that just shows his commitment to his team, he would probably keep clean sheets in every game. if juve to get promotion it would be a miracle but im not counting it out, that a lot of their players are staying.

Fair play to Buffon staying, him and Del Piero will sort them out. Even if they sell the remainder of their first team stas, they part own enough talent to compensate, and will no dout bring most of them in to help Deschamp get them bato the top flight faster. Lazio mmightave a bit more of a problem, as they dirt poor. Still, I won't feel too bad about a bunch of nazi hooligans not playing european competition

I would probably take out Inter from that list and add Lyon instead.

inter will be competitive they will clean up with the players from juve and fiorentina. and a good season in seria a which seems obvious will mean that inter will also have the extra motivation when playing in champions league.
