Ronin, everything you write is always so on point lyrically. You seem to pull out the stops every time. This whole piece was a powerful display of imagery, but the highlighted lines actually made my hair stand on end. I love to read words that are influenced by real life issues, and you always manage to satisfy the reader in me by doing just that.
