Maybe it was meant this way: Only 10% of our brain usage are concious decisions.

Or: we can´t use all all the time. Maybe when I type this shit here for example I listen to Kool G Rap, read and write, move my hands, etc. but I dont learn new moves for example. Plus the brain filters the input so I can concentrate on writing rather than listening to the noise of the cars for example.
