If you mean "dope" as in slang for coke, heroin, or other synthetic hallucinogens - The ones I know are Coca (cocaine), lo blanco (cocaine), don't know any for heroin.

If it's dope as in cool, ill, sick, etc. then I simply say "chevere". Different countries have their own but it's usually "chevere".
