    i aint got nothin to say about this album other than its a 90's classic an artifact of a classic era an time and if you missed it its gonna be hard to catch it!!!!!!

    on a related note....

    i was once ordering a pizza from a vendor on the street when a man i believe to be jeru the damaja crashed his peddle bike into a series of trash cans!!!!

    he scurried out before i could confirm his identity but it had me shook up and concerned for jeru!!!!

    I used to love Jeru when I first started out listening to hip-hop - probably woulda given this a 9/10 back then.

    But I've been listening to this and Wrath of the Math lately, and I've realized his raps aren't hitting as hard anymore.

    I like his content, and the muddy like the gutter after the rainstorm flow works great sometimes and he drops some poignant shit, but no;

    this gets a 7 now.

    Okay, 7.5 .

    Why would somebody give the lowest grade on this classic?

    It's really sad that The Sun Rises In The East and Wrath Of The Math albums are his only good albums. He's stupid for not letting DJ Premier continue to do his beats on his other albums.

    Jeru and Premier hit us off with a classic twenty five years ago today.
