    This is the same as the AFC/NFC deal. Whereas the AFC is the stronger conference, the NFC wins sometimes, too. The Super Bowl being the best example.

    Some of the the fat ass hitters tend to play in the American League(as DH's) so they don't have to play the field.

    On a side note, Prince Fielder should try to lose a little weight, or he might blow up soon.

    The NL holds the lead in All Star wins, and it isn't even close, but the AL has been better over the last 10-15 years

    Just got back from the Tigers game. 19-3. Thats 53 runs in 5 games. Minnesota looked terrible tonight.

    I also caught a foul ball from Cuddyer in the 2nd.

    The Red Sox are having a good run, but they aren't perennially in the mix....Each league has ebs and flows...they Yankees sucked in the 80's and early 90's, had a great run and are starting to suck again.

    The Athletics used to be the shit, and have been up and down since. The Angels are having a s strong run lately. The White Sox have been up and down alot. Cleveland had a push in the mid to late 90's.

    Dont forget the Blue Jays when they went back to back.

    The NL has good teams...the old Braves teams were awesome. I dont really think one is better. Its hard to tell w/ the DH and stuff.
