have ya'll noticed that every two albums that the roots put out go together. heres how i see them
Organix and Do You Want More??!!!?!!: organic hip hop jazz albums
Illadephia Halflife and Things Fall Apart: more raw sounding hip hop albums
Phrenology and The Tipping Point: more commercial hip hop album
its like every time they try something new they make two albums two represent the style like on a part 1/part 2 basis

Yeah, Phrenology and Tipping Point are pretty different. I know what ya sayin', Organix and DYWM are like their "Jazz rap" albums, then Illadelph and TFA are still their Roots style live shit, but more hardcore Hip Hop style, then they went more mainstream with the last two.
