try adding a border on the MGS one...

make a new layer...
select the marquee tool
have the new layer selected and press Alt+A
this selects the border of the banner.. right click the banner
hit stroke... pick the color u want and how thick the line is gonna be
then hit enter and Alt+D to deselect the border... peace
