Keep in mind that Cotto replaced Emmanuel Steward too. He also had an inexperienced corner when he fought Pacman. He's got some Cuban trainer now but we'll see how that works out.
As for Pacman I think he has too many distractions going on. He looked well trained (maybe even over trained for this fight) but seems to not have the passion he had before. He bought his Ferrari on 24/7, he had a concert booked for Mandalay Bay's House of Blue's after the fight, etc. My point is he seems distracted by a lot and not really focusing on what made him rich and famous...boxing. Thinking he was going to knock out Marquez in 6 rounds was funny. Marquez has never been stopped in a fight. I wonder what Freddie Roach will predict if the fight with Mayweather gets made. Aside from that I'm a fan of Pacman as a fighter and respect him more as a person.
Was glad to see Margacheato get his ass spanked yesterday. He hasn't won since he last tried to use his plaster. As for Cotto, I would like to see him fight Canelo or maybe go to 160 and challenge Chavez Jr. I know Chavez is bigger but Cotto can use that as an advantage. Sort of like Pacman did with Margarito.
