all vegeterians I know don't look very healthy. I eat meat, although I feel guilty about the way animals are treated in factory farms. So long animals are treated humanely, I have no problem with eating meat.

why?
i went to amerikka stayed almosta year
gained 4 stones.
came back here never touched meat again
loads more reasons
like food being injected with hormones/chemicals to efx us
we're not designed to eat or digest it

I probably eat a lot more vegetables than I do meat, but I still dig steak, and chicken a little too much to become a full fledged vegetarian. I figure even if we've not evolved highly enough to full take on the digestive rigours of eating red meat, we've been at it since we figured out how to club a cave cow over the head and have a munch without it being too big a detriment.
The good thing about eating vegetables though, you always feel healthy in doing it.
