europeans are passionate. even in basketball as well. damn i saw a turkish basketball game the fans were jumping up and down shouting for the entire game. yes they were throwing coins and bottles at the players as well. not just in soccer, i wont just say europeans, south americans and asians are also crazy in football matches. if you ever watch a game in the maracana stadium in brazil, now that is passion. and yes they are crazy to. to us its real life, if you were in england all you would hear about was a player named wayne rooneys, broken toe. all on yesterdays news this was what the country was talking about. for some its more than entertainment football is a way of life.Originally Posted by abasi

What gets me is how people are fooled into thinking that a country identifies a person. You can't really call it racism if white people are abusing other white people. It doesn't matter if they come from different countries....cuz, they are both white people.
When White people abuse Blacks it is "racism" because, of course, whites are of a different race than Blacks and because Whites are the race with the power to inflict harm to Blacks - in the global perspective.
And that is why this kind of savage behaviour is soo pronounced in soccer. It's cause soccer is such a globally popular sport. And being that the majority of the world is involved....it provides a reflection of the people that continue to tear this Earth apart.
Personally, I would rather it be an open display of hate than the undercover, sly, oppression that Blacks deal with in Amerikkka and across the globe. At least when it's out in the open we can more easily realize who are enemies are.

Why is it called racism if it isn't about race?
Religion and nationality is about prejudice or mocking but, racism is about race.
And if whites wanna act evil to other whites than they need to deal with that and stop it.
