PS2 Settings? Don't know what you're talking about but PS2s are reigon locked.

maybe its like a dvd player where you can change the reigon 3 times then it locks up

Only thing I can think of is modding your PS2, do that and it'll play any DVD you put in it.

well when u go into settengs like were u change how wide ur screen is its around thier

it says
reagion...................usa...
but then u can change it to eurapian..chinese ..ect

I think that's just language selection as to what the default language the movie shows up in.
