aint shit wrong with the skits. even if u dont like em fuckin skip em. u forget what fuckin year it is. time to put the cassettes away.
i agree, finest. i like how SC used dialogue from the ironman cartoon series. the ones on fishscale sounded straight up forced and don't really add to the album at all.
the woodrow the basehead and who would you fuck skits sound natural, like shit they were really talkin about on SC. i never skip those, but the directions and bad mouth kid skits on FS just sound lame after the first few listens.
skits don't make or break an album, but i felt ghost should've had more foresight as to how they'd sound after 40 listens, nah mean?
just so you don't get it twisted tho, FS is still my favorite album so far this year.

Skits either need to be funny or have a beat in the background, thats the only skits i like, kung fu skits are not that bad

like the intro on disk 2 on forever just before triumph, yeah i like those kids as well.
true... i always found it some kind of minus of hiphop all those freakin' skits... though i like the shaolin-stuff, I'm kinda used to that now (it works especially well on the LS & 36 chambers)... but yeah, those skits on FishScale (& Back Like That - awful song) kinda mess up the flow... so, good point...
