Default Eminem - The Slim Shady LP

This is a pretty fucking depressing album, but it's one of my favourite. It's deep and dark and I think Eminem tells it as is....except for Cum On Everybody, he was all uppity and shit on that.

the production is hot, theres a sort of alien, trippy vibe to it
eminem was hungry and a lot harder with the rhymes
just dont give a fuck and still dont give a fuck are the 2 best imo

I really like a lot of the songs on this album, but I dont like it that much overall for some reason.

Best song here is definitely Still Don't Give a Fuck, immediately followed by Guilty Conscience and Role Model. The most depressive song is Rock Bottom, it was making me cry.

And Eminem was fuckin crazy up on it, I think he wrote all lyrics while on pills, except maybe first two songs.
"The Devil is not the Prince of Matter; the Devil is the arrogance of the spirit, faith without smile, truth that is never seized by doubt. The Devil is grim because he knows where he is going, and, in moving, he always returns whence he came."

True. That video was gay too, but role model is still the best track on the album IMO.

The beats were kinda sick on this album, but i like The Marshall Mathers LP better, just more dark.

It's not that great because there are too many weak tracks. There are some dope ones though. Role Model is the best to me.

honestly^....put down the Haterade. You ever heard of Sway & Tech? Em in the good ol' days was sick with the freestyles.....I think he just lost his hunger. Encore was garbage.
