Basically it an oxygen chamber or an oxygen tent or some shit like that. anyway, staying in it depletes the body of oxygen like being @ high alititudes and causes ur body to create more red blood cells which are related to the lungs and are responsible for resperation. So having more red blood cells gives better stamina.

Pro boxers and other athleats use this method of training so its a very well known tried and tested system.

Anyone know more about this and how an average joe like myself would go about have some of this training?
