I think if you study religion or mostly your own religion, I recommend going to http://www.sacred-texts.com where you can study all the "bibles", to me they all come together like puzzle pieces. right now I have my own religion, I simply believe in god and trying to be the best I can without hurting others.

I have a book like the one their I linked to by J.R. Walker. I don't agree with everything he writes because he put's his white man understanding on it. Though, my Lakota teacher recommended one of his books for the purpose of research. The culture can't really be understood unless you experience it first hand.

I understand, much has been distorted throughout history, there is misinformation everywhere.

Funny Chief - I was going to link you to that the other day. I have been advocating that site for awhile now. You can find alot of truth is some of those texts there and alot of misconceptions/misunderstandings.

I joined the forum last night, but thanks. I am not saying its the whole truth, but it is something to expand the mind. blindly believing in one religion doesnt make that much sense to me.
