The music industry and more specifically hip-hop has never followed spelling, grammer, and english rules in general. Just pick anyone of your albums and you will find a title of a track that isnt spelled properly....and it isnt spelled properly on purpose most of the time
It is easier to say "said" before "date" rather than "set", because of the "t" and the "d".
MK probably said "no set date" so many times during the 10 years before that release that he would often slur it and thats what it comes out to be. Now "no said date" has some meaning even though it doesnt follow the rules of english language.
maybe I'm an idiot but no said date makes sense to me
I never got why it was no said date.. that never made sense to me & I'd never heard that until then. I think it's supposed to be no set date actually
Im with everyone else saying that "no said date" is aight to go with as the album title. I mean the other way makes sense too but who cares its a good album? nuff said
