Looks like a good album, mostly because of RZA, it might have been average had he not put out those bangers

4:20
(Can't wait to start smoking again)
I'll be buying this, it's not entirely consistent (there are qute a few crappy songs on here actually) but the good tracks are insane---where's Ghostface and Masta Killa tho? I think he's got everybody else on here. This is what Tical 0 should've been. What's up with Def Jam? Meth and Roots are getting fucked over.
Sorry for bitching you out Meth, you came through this time.

okay
1 - Intro - It was kind of boring till Meth started rapping. Then it was fuckin awesome. 4/5
2 - Is It Me - Meth kills a Scott Storch beat that doesn't sound like a Scott Storch beat, because it doesn't have annoying keyboard violins and it doesn't sound like Just A Lil Bit aka Lean Back aka every other hip-hop beat he producer. 4/5
3 - Problem - The Green Eyed Bandit finally figured out what his beats have been missing - funk! 4.5/5
4 - Someone Done Fucked Up - How is this better than anything from Blood Money? It's a good thing V.I.P. (no) and 5-0 aka Ferrari didn't rap over this, I suppose. Maybe Havoc saw what they were doing to his beats. 4.5/5
5 - Shaolin Soldier - hahaha, socom
6 - Fallout - This should be the next single. If Meth gets a 2nd single. Which he will if this sells anything at all the first week. Which it won't, because it comes out in less than 2 weeks and he has no video. Thanks Jay, L.A. 4/5
7 - DirtyMef - More E-Funk. I miss ODB. 5/5
8 - 4:20 - This is where it gets interesting. The first half of the album is dominated by Erick Sermon style funk and more the Meth/Red side of Method Man's catalogue. Hearing RZA on the scratched hook, the sick sick sick sick sick RZA/B9 beat and the hardass verses by Meth, Carlton & Streetlife makes this one of my favorite songs of the year. 5/5
9 - Let's Ride - funky!!! Ginuwine can also sing, which is a good sign. 4/5
10 - The Glide - Another RZA beat. If we hadn't heard Skrilla we'd be loving this, but RZA just flipped around his beat and tweaked it a bit for this song. It's still pretty damn good, and sounds different enough that I can listen to both. 4.5/5
11 - Kids - point? Well, it's a meth album
12 - Got To Have It - Sounds like... shit, I dunno. Sounds like it should have come out in 2004, but it's still good. 3.5/5
13 - Say - yeeeaaaaaaaaaaah 4.5/5
14 - Ya Meen - this is what i like to see, NY showing a bit of unity. sick beat, sick flows. 4/5
15 - Konichiwa Bitches - RZA just didn't want anyone else having these beats, did he? I can't imagine anyone in the wu ripping this beat like meth did, so it's all good. 5/5
16 - Everything - More sick Wu-Tang shit. Allah Math is one of my favorite producers in hip-hop due to his 2003-present output.
17 - Walk On - Red/Meth. You know it's gonna be sick, unless Snoop is also on the song. In which case it'll suck, because it's that weakass song from Tical 0. 4/5
18 - Pimpin - again, excusable because it's a meth album. and there are only like, 4 skits here.
19 - Presidential MC's - you've all heard it before. 5/5
20 - 4eva - Pretty good, I guess. I dunno. 3.5/5
Overall, sick ass album.
im gonna go get it after im off work

Christianity = White Supremacy
^^with that said, i was able to get this off a P2P.
my comments off first listen:
havoc came out of nowhere with a sick beat. havent heard any real heat from this guy in a while.
this album is actually pretty good take away a few club/chic bate tracks. the production stiffs and hired gun beatmakers make good contributions. Rza and math did their thing. Rza reusing the skrilla beat was dissapointing but at leat he changed the drum and snare.
im listening to this again and its going from pretty good to not bad. i'll kick this one around for a week and see how i feel about it then.

Meth is back , this album is well good, the glide is amazing and it really pisses me off people saying its dissapointing because RZA flipped an old beat round to make it, fuck you its a good beat n stop being gay saying "oo i dont like it cos its recycled" shut the fuck up.

I'M GONNA LISTEN TO IT ONE TIME.THEN WAIT FOR IT TO COME OUT IN STORES SO I CAN GO COP IT
When is it gonna be released here in Europe? (The Netherlands)
After 2 listens, all i can say is that album is really dope!
Except a couple weak tracks (especially "4ever"), everything goes from good to great on it.
