this is more about money - there is more hype about the evens rampage beef - plus it wouldn't be a good idea to let machida rape the entire 205 devision so quickly - they want to build the rampage machida fight up more slowly (if they both win)

it's fine with me, Ramp is funny as hell (Machida, probably not so much with the language barrier) either way Ramp will eventually fight them both - he had an interview recently where he realized he isn't as unpredictable as he was in Pride and he's looking to get back into slamming people on their necks again and not straight boxing
