there's a lot more to motherhood than just putting a dvd on for the kids. there are mothers that do that and there's nothing wrong with it.
but it's usually people that don't have kids that think it's easy. and those people probably wouldn't put that much effort into their kids.
kids don't always do what they're supposed to do. as many of you may have noticed when you've heard kids screaming on the buses. they will get themselves into trouble. you as a parent must help deal with all their problems while they're in your care. they will get into all kinds of trouble with all kinds of people over the years. so it won't be just the kids you're dealing with but also the other people involved in whatever trouble it is.
more kids, more problems.
some parents have literally beat their kids to death. i guess they thought parenting was easy too, just beat the shit out of them.

if you look at the backgrounds of most criminals i'll bet you'll find that the majority of them weren't raised right or suffered in some way in their childhood.
then you have people that aren't criminals but are sociopaths.
when you're walking in the streets and you see teens or preteens being rude/violent/aggressive to passers by, or see them behaving like that on a bus/train to other passengers for no reason, you would blame the parents for not raising them right, right?

when your kids get into trouble with others, it can have lasting effects. if it involves other fam members, your neighbours, best friends, etc, then it will affect your fam.
if you had a problem with your job you could quit and find another job.
you can't just quit being a mother as easily.

If women (mothers) are the primary caretakers and the men (fathers) are not taking half the responsability then there is something wrong. No wonder kids todays are fucked up. Children need fathers that are involved and tuned in.

when they are sick, we go to a doctor and ask why, we want them to learn, we send them to school, we feed them bullshit thinking that what we are giving them is good for them. we don't build jobs for them or teach them to work for self -
we as parents are not influencing them more than them images on billboards and posters they see pasted on the bus stop and train station walls.
