Default 2005 a nice year for ROCK MUSIC so far!

So far 2005 has been a really nice year for rock with alot of high profile rock acts releaseing albums: NINE INCH NAILS, COLDPLAY, WHITE STRIPES, WEEZER, FOO FIGHTERS, SYSTEM OF A DOWN, OASIS, BECK, AUDIOSLAVE, DAVE MATTHEWS, JACK JOHNSON, BLOC PARTY, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, etc

SO far I think that ROCK rleases have been way better than the hip hop releases this year

    thought?

It sure is. All my favorites came already: Bleed Like Me, With Teeth, and Mezmerize.

I feel Rock has been releasing better albums than todays Rap acts for awhile now.

Notice I didn't say Hip Hop, which is Nas, Wu, BCC, Mos Def, Common, and Kweli to me.

if you consider a bunch of mediorcre releases good then I guess your right. sorry the white stripes have always sucked in my opinion so that rules them out and the rest I haven't even heard but judging from there singles (yes I know that's a bad idea on how to judge the album as a whole) they're not that good.

With Teeth still gets heavy rotaion. Although, the video for "Only" is boring, he did something similar for "In The Void" video.

I've been listening to the Fragile alot lately, that album is ridiculous.
