DJ Jazzy Jeff and Fresh Prince sampled Summer Madness for their Summertime song. I haven't heard any of Kool & The Gang's albums before James Taylor got with them. I've heard all of their albums that James did with them. When James left the group, they were finished. They got Skip Martin of Dazz Band to replace James on a couple of albums. I'm gonna order a Kool & The Gang videos dvd sometime soon that has their videos from the 70's and 80's.
