I interpret that as 160 park hill drive, Staten Island, NY other wise known as "the hill", that was where the weed spot was back in the early 1990's and late 1980's, everyone (believe it or not, many white kids too) who smoked weed in the early 1990's went there for guarenteed fat bags of weed from the dreads.
everyone, black, white or whatever else was scared to make that trip up to that door, I know cause I had a large black man who I would have been afraid of, ask me to go for him and gave me his money on my way up to the spot so I know it was no joke. I had a white friend of mine escorted by the dreads with automatic weapons back down the steps and that is real, kids used to wait at the bottoom of the steps, it was a gamble everytime you went there.
