^^Quite the revenge last night. They call Emery - "Sugar" Ray Emery now in Ottawa. First time I ever witnessed a Goalie besides myself in a game that fought a player toe-to-toe.

V4D3R. It sounds as you play/played hockey. Where did/do you play? What league?

^Selanne in his first year scored 76 goals his rookie year. Nobody has come close since, so I'll give him that. No rings though - plus he isen't Canadian.

Greatest players win it all. But in a sense he is like Barry Sanders of the NHL.

Fuck I hate the Leafs. Not unusual tho, I think most people that aren't from the Toronto area do too.

7 games left and Ottawa trails Buffalo by a measly 5 points.

Who thinks Ottawa will choke this year in the play-offs?

Whats different from all the previous years?

We got Gerber this year - the goalie that took Carolina all the way past Buffalo last year then gave up the starting job because he had the flu in the second last round. He beatBuffalo- and gave up the spot with a winning record.

The only team last year to have a winning record against Gerber was the team he plays for now.

Cam Ward did not win the cup last season - Martin Gerber did.

leafs need to win 5 of the next 7 to even have a chance
otherwise the hockey capital will have no playoffs again
there has been a 3+ year drought already

Rangers Holdin Onto To Sixth Place Hopefully They Can Hold Everyone Off, I Def Dont Want To See The Devils In The First Round. Henrik Lunquist Has Been A Wall In Net Lately Besides Last Nights Game Against The Canadians If He Keeps Playin Like He Has They Might Have A Chance To Make A Little Noise Win A Round Or Two. Looks Like The Faggy Islanders Wont Make It Hopefully Losin Diperitro Killed Their Chances.

If you guys don't got cable or are unable to watch them at friends house or a bar, here's a site which stream select games nightly: http://www.myp2p.eu/NHL.htm look around for the download (I forgot how to set it all up)

^they would stand a chance against Buffalo. The hottest teams though since the All-Star break are Ott-Det-Van.

I'm predicting Cal or Det vs Ott or NJ for the Cup
