Dept. of Defense investigating sadistic "water bottle" incident.
a video of a soldier in the back of a truck, taunting Iraqi children with a bottle of water. These US soldiers laugh derisively at a little kid running as fast as he can for some water. Apparently, the U.S. Department of Defense is just as disgusted, and it is investigating the incident, along with another incident caught in video that shows a soldier complaining that he can't shoot children who throw rocks at his vehicle.

I really felt like hurting those friggin soldiers when i watched the video. Stupid sadistic soldiers.

American money is used to fund military campaigns, not to help the citizens of those countries directly especially in countries in south america where the money is constantly misused.

We give money to almost all of the Nations in South America.
We give money and aid to many Nations in Africa.

We give. That was the only point I was making. Of course the money isnt used right. Blame the leaders of those Nations for living well while their ppl suffer.

Actually in a case like Colombia for example the american goverment would only help them if the money was used to fund the war on drugs, for the simple fact that the americans see it as their problem also, for the most part the colombian goverment has no choice but to accept the conditions which are set by washington. If the goverment of Colombia used the money for anything else they would be cut off, off course there is a lot more to this story to fully explain things but this is roughly how american funding works when given to other countries.

That money given to those countries puts them into more debt. Then people wonder why they can't build infrastructures....most of the money goes to paying off the interest to those debts.

But they're the ones who took the money.

Then we get into a complex problem.
