they do get money for food shit they need
but also get money for the drug shit too
we put limets on shit like that so they dont go ahead and get all weapons for war and or abuse it in a diffrent way

They give 'poorer' countries money so that they get first dibs on the resources that these countries are rich in; oil, natural gas, gold, diamonds, urainium, narcotics etc. Its how it works, eDs right in saying its the corrupt officials in charge of these countries that keep them in the shitter. America and the rest of the western world just capitalise on it.
