I need like a drag and Drop website creator so i can make one..one thats easy to use so i can just make a couple pages with my own backgrounds,music in the background etc etc yknow.

I learned Dreamweaver in like 10 minutes, its not that advanced. Check your Program Files for Frontpage, it should be in the Internet Explorer folder..thats a pretty easy WYSIWYG editor...

I Have Microsoft Word..apparently u can make webpages with that..?if so..give me some knowledge.
freewebs....fuckin easy...but of course you have to type free webs then the website...
