Of coruse you know I confused the phrase off-beat with beat-off lol.
Anyway, the truth is that Poetic, RZA and Frukwan are much better than Dom Pachino or 9th Prince and you gotta be deaf if you don't feel it.
Gravediggaz, Definitely
Gravediggaz, but KillArmy gave me some thought
KillArmy, Listen to Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars....
Killarmy, but Gravediggaz are almost =

"I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth" (Rev. 3:15-16)
Gravediggaz
now imagine Gravediggaz over 4th beats only (after their first album, I mean) ...
would be like combining the best of both worlds
Retired.

4th disciple with the diggaz would be crazy though
4th Disciple did have a few tracks on "The Pick..." and it was indeed a very good fit imo.
as much as i like Killarmy's albums i have to give this one to Gravediggaz, don't really have to give it that much thought. "6 Feet Deep" is an all around classic album imo and "The Pick, The Sickle & The Shovel" is a really creative, strong LP.
"Silent Weapons" has extremely good production and is definitely a classic in Wu and underground circles but it lacks the impact and creativity of the Gravediggaz debut. also as many have mentioned the rhymes can't compare - i mean Poetic, RZA and Frukwan (over some of Prince Paul's most creative batches nontheless)? that's chemistry and unique styles right there!
