"Killah Tape" Skit Question.

In the album Enter The 36 Chambers, there is a skit that Raekwon asks Mef, "Where's my Killah tape at?!" A little later in the skit, Ghostface comes through and talks about a guy who got "busted in his head two times."

My question is, Ghostface says something like "Word, i'm 'bout to get my coat to cypher, God." What the hell is a 'coat to cypher?'

Am i even saying it right?! What does he say?! It's driving me crazy!

and just in case you guys didnt know...the 'KILLER' tape hes referring to is john woos movie "the killer" on vhs that hes referring to. The same movie where most of the OB4CL samples are from

Where did these numbers come from? culture= 4 & cypher= 0 ?? I thought it was coat to cypher.

Ghostface even says it in a song on his album Supreme Clientele. Something like "The kid grabbed two coat to cyphers..."

and to those who asked where those numbers come from...

from the supreme mathematics, it's a part of the 5%stuff

just like you got the supreme alphabet, every letter has a meaning, but here the numbers 0-9 represent something: knowledge, wisdom, understanding, ... (freedom, build, culture, born, cypher are a few other)
