The difference between mods and supermods are supermods usually have a few extra moderation functions and it can be set by the admins. I think the only one that I can think of is supermods can create global announcements. Supermods can also moderate and forum....If I remember correctly regular mods can only "soft delete posts" and threads....rather than physically removing them.

I think only some regular mods can ban people, but all can delete, edit posts, lock and delete threads, create stickies, change users avatars and signatures.

Admins have full control of the message board and can do pretty much anything to anyone's account and remove add forums, etc.

Site managers can update the front page.

The colors of the names is just to show the usergroups. The admins can change those colors to whatever they want.

Some users are in more than one usergroup, for example Swordsman for some reason is also in the regular mod usergroup as well as supermod so the defuault color is orange for mod. Supermod color is green since 36 asked me what color I wanted my name to be :P

Admins are red, but all admins are also site managers even if it doesnt show that they are. 36 decided to put himself in that group since he wanted a different color than the other admins and he chose blue for that group.

Mods are generally gay power whores (except maybe Big Ben, cause he sometimes forgets he is a mod and gets a 1200x2000 animated gif sig), like michael jackson.
