Obviously I put the subjects in quotations for a reason.
But lets discuss.
I was going to bring this up before but forgot, Black Man reminded me when he mentioned it in another thread describing differences in people by global regions.
Basically Europeans have the lowest percentage of lactose intolerant people. However a large percentage of the world's population is defined as "lactose intolerant" to standards. How much must someone be able to intake before they are "intolerant"?
I did little research on this and only know the statistics, so we can do the rest here.
