^^Just give Avatar a chance, regardless of whether people consider it anime or not, it's quality that deserves to get recognised.

An just to make things clear, i think neither dragonball or naruto are such great series...i mean, this is the anime thread right? Just beacause someone mentions naruto or DBZ somewhere dont mean thats what everybody who doesnt like avatar watches...theres dozens of anime series i prefer over either of those three.....PEACE..

don't know about you but i personally call something wack when is badly or poorly done, just because i don't like something i'll go around and start calling it wack like you just did specially if i have not seen it yet that is stupid
im willing to bet you just don't like Avatar because it has a nickelodeon symbol on it or just because the animation style is in the line between anime and cartoon or just because is not made by japanese, like every fucker do without even checking the series by themself
but if this was made by studio that did Cowboy Bebop with the same character same story same dialoge you all would say that Avatar is a greate anime

i concidere DBZ garbage because it got a lot of errors and stupid episodes plus the names come from food WTF? you see episode were the animation is great then in the very next scene they look all distorted and water down the fights took to damn long like the fight of Goku VS Freeza
i know that DBZ is garbage because i have seen it the entire series and i know the animation is poor and watered down the story is simple the sagas took forever to finish it was repetitive and you always know who would kill the bad guy i can tell you why this is wack and garbage but you can't say anything about avatar being wack because you have not see the series (that is just like i started calling Run DMC wack just beacuse i don't like their music, without checking any of their album)

i mention Naruto DBZ and Bleach just to set and example that those series that are very popular they are entertaining but story wise and the action are not on the same level as Avatar yet Avatar gets hated on just because is not japan made

aight so i finally got to peep all of the death note series, who ever hasnt peeped it........PEEP IT!!! the whole series is @ www.myspacetv.com just type in "death note" and its all there......REAL GOOD SERIES IN MY OPINION!

Nevermind I got it working, just wish they were on Rapidshare cos I have an account with them. So far I have only watched about four eps including the last two, just need to see the rest.

I gave up with English dubs after being tortured during one of the early eps in the soul society arc in Bleach and of course the uk 4kids dub of one piece

everytime i thought it was gonna get boring, a new twist came thru and light was in the hotseat once again.

Just watched the first ep of Death Note and it's pretty cool, I'll watch some more tomorrow in between watching bleach. I'm not over keen on Ryuk's heart earring though
