hellsing is dat shit
Oh oh, you got me started! I'll just stick to movies ey?
Ghost In The Shell
Just classic. And still a great watch after all the years.
Ghost In The Shell 2: Innocence
Almost unbelievably, a worthy sequel!
Akira
Again, classic. A must see. Whether you like anime or not. This was an utterly groundbreaking production.
Vampire Hunter D
He hunts vampires. Awesome.
Jin Roh: The Wolf Brigade
One great, messed-up story. Maybe ten years old, and very fitting for our current time. Awesome animation, story, and a fantastic English dub to boot!
Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
Just a great fuckin' movie. One of the all-time best.
Spriggan
Action out it's arse. One hell of an entertaining movie from '98. Even if the ending got a bit...hmmm. Nah, it's great.
The Castle of Cagliostro
Fuckin' awesome. Fast-paced, funny, action-packed, and contains what Steven Spielberg thinks is the greatest car chase ever. By Hiyao Miyazaki. (Dodgy ad from Aussie TV, sorry)
Princess Mononoke
Probably one of my favourite ever movies. Just wow. Does Miyazaki do anything wrong?
Ninja Scroll
A must see. Just wow. Am I ever happy that we got it played on TV uncut over here! By the dude who did the action scenes for Afro Samurai.
Streetfighter II: The Animated Movie
Surprisingly good! Especially if you like the game. The Vega, Chun Li fight is a classic.
Patlabor 2
A giant robot movie that's not really about giant robots. I fuckin' loved this, moreso the second time. Numbers 1 and 3 are also good. But 2's the best.
Blood: The Last Vampire
Very short, but very good!
...Well, that'll be enough for now I reckon. I dare say I'll be back with more though...
Im going to try and list every anime I own, I have been collecting since I was 13 so most of them are on vhs. I haven't bought much in recent years mainly because a lot of the newer ones don't do much for me but there are exceptions of course.

What was Battle Arena Toshinden like? I remember having a demo of it that came with my old PSX.
Did you ever see the sequel to Venus Wars they did? If so was that any good too?
Chicks dig giant robots
Im watching Ergo Proxy. The creators of Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. Its good and creepy.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKtv0Wt772s
It philisophical and religious, but very creepy and it makes you think about human culture and theology. It takes awhile to get to the point, kinda of like Lost. While it gives you answers, you only get 100 more questions. Its very emo, but awesome anime.
Game over, game of death, deadly viper poison your soul into an hymnal crepe/baseball bat tag that ass like two hand touch/inhale the exquisite ses that brings you breath/only the dead that creep can flesh be munched
How do you post vids from youtube. Help please. Well, elfen lied is awesome too. Definitely the most difficult too watch. For me, it was a tough and very sad experience, but its incrediby well written.
Here is a clipse. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHquzr6t6Hw

nice list right there...
try checkin out 'Cowboy Bebop' and 'Outlaw Star' when you get a chance. Both great shows and relatively short(roughly 26 episodes each). Both are easily in my Top 5 ever
also since you are familiar with Gundam, try checkin out "08th MS Team". Prolly my favorite installment in the series
